If you book a car through our website. We reserve the car at the seller within 15 minutes needed to check it for visual and technical defects.

If you prefer selection on an individual basis. Just email or call us. We will define the type of car and the price range you prefer. We will make a report on the model prices for you could get an idea of the cost. In case you are satisfied we will proceed to signing the contract, which you will be able to familiarize yourself with in advance.

After you sign the contract you will need to place money on deposit to guarantee the future payment for the car. The deposit is included in the total price of the service.

By signing a contract with our company you confirm your intention to buy a car. After that you transfer the deposit money to an individual entrepreneur account.

The contract can be concluded both in our office and remotely.

After signing the contract and getting the prepayment we immediately start searching for a car. We professionally select cars in accordance with your desires. Every day we send you suitable options for purchase. We carefully check each car and calculate everything so that we do not go over the agreed budget.

Our expert carries out an onsite check-up of the car you have chosen.

He checks:

• The body style. Makes sure that there are no replaced parts and the construction is fine.
• Paintwork. Makes sure that there are no scratches, chips and dents.
• The coating thickness. Checks for latent problems, such as hidden rust, with a special-purpose tool.
• The interior condition. Makes sure that there is no torn upholstery, no bad odour, no damaged handles, armrests or panels.
• The underhood space. Inspects the body parts, checks for leakage.
• The engine and the gearbox. Checks the engine performance at different speeds and the transmission shift serviceability.
• The electronics. Tests the light, the sound, the buttons, the seat electric adjustment, the liftgate, the air conditioning or the climate control.

We send you a detailed video and photo report on the condition of the car. Having familiarized yourself with it you will be able to make a decision of purchase.

Once you decide to buy a car we will issue an invoice in your name to get paid.

Upon the invoice payment the car undergoes the export customs processing and awaits its turn to be loaded on board. Within a week after purchase we will send you a number of pictures of the car before its dispatch. In about a week the car will be on the way to Vladivostok.

When your car arrives in Russia the customs broker will take care of its registration. You will only need to pay the invoice we will issue in your name.

• Vehicle safety construction certificate (SBKTS) and electronic vehicle passport (EPTS)
• Temporary storage warehouse (SVH). The cost depends on workload
• Expertise
• Delivery within Vladivostok: from the warehouse to the laboratory and car park
• Express delivery of documents from Moscow to Vladivostok. An application for customs clearance, a notarized copy of your passport, INN (Individual taxpayer number) and SNILS (individual ledger account insurance number) are required.

The total sum of expenses in Russia exclusive of the customs duty amounts to about 50,000 rubles.
Upon the invoice payment we will prepare all the documents needed to register your car and obtain the license plate in your city.

As soon as all the documents are ready your car will be moved to the contract carrier's car park where we will load it into a special container. The contract carrier will calculate the cost of delivery to your city and issue an invoice in your name.
